Dr. Corradine purchased a successful clinic in 2018 in Dayton OH. She is very knowledgeable and I believe her intentions, second to practicing defensive medicine due to the Witch Hunt by the Ohio Pharmacy Board. She dismissed me from the new clinic during my first visit, 2018 Pain Clinic at One Elizabeth. She dismissed me with no treatment in 2017. State Line Clinic, Corradine did not offer treatment albeit I requested not to see her. She has proven patients cannot trust her, better to lie.

This Doctor should be able to treat anyone! She had me in tears would ask why I wasn't taking a certain medication or doing a certain thing and I tried to explain and was told she didn't want my family history. She laughed at me. I had to explain why I was there. And then out of the blue she blew up at me said I was a "but" person and I had a bad attitude. Gave me script after I told her I couldn't take that med. I had never had to wait from 11:30 to 2pm!

Does not keep good visit summary notes or honest visit summary notes. Very poor at keeping medications straight. One month she could be her best Friend the next she's acting like she doesn't know why your you keep coming in for appointments. No concern about how long you wait in room. Was there one time for an hour and a half. Every other time an hour. Does not send prior authorizations for other than injections.

This doctor was very rude. Everything that I tried to explain she either interrupted because she didn’t want to hear it or acted like I was lying. She contradicted herself when she had helped me a year prior and then she said during this visit that she couldn’t help me because I have psuedoseizures. She just didn’t want to hear anything I had to say and her attitude was very poor, hateful and rude. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor. If you want help, try to go elsewhere. She had me in tears.

I've met with this Dr. only one time out of five visits. She is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I recieved a V-SAT test that I have yet to get the results of. This is not a medical facility you would want to go to. I will NOT be going back.
