I also found her rude but was glad to be able to get in to see her at Kaiser when someone cancelled

I tried to schedule an appointment. Called at 10 am on Tuesday morning and was met with a message that 'the mailbox is full'.

At this award-winning office, I arrived for my appointment on time, filled in my paperwork and was out within in 40 minutes. Dr. Mora had excellent knowledge of my condition and provided written guidelines. The office has all latest equipment for eye exams. She was so nice and was nice enough to not have to dilate my eyes then I couldn't drive home. The office was extremely well run and all the people who worked there were helpful and answered by questions. I had to call with questions a few times which were all answered. The only problem is that she is so popular with her patients I had to wait to get an appointment with my plan.

I have transferred to Dr. Marta Mora from another clinic where I was unhappy. Her office was calm, without being overcrowded. I was taken within 10 min of arriving and Dr. Mora spent a good deal of time to explain my condition. I felt very cared for. It is important to feel trust with your physician, which I had not felt at the previous clinic.

Fraud! She charged my insurance after becoming irate due to my being irritated by her machine(s) lights. She kept insisting she knew the answer to dramatic eye loss in my right eye. All they did was dilate my pupils, attempt to exam me but kept threatening to not be able to continue her exam. I complied with mandates that don’t even exist. I was explaining to her the machine irritated my eye (YES THE SAME RIGHT EYE). I asked her to stop degrading me and not to talk to me as a child. She attempted to force staff to call police on me. Her irate grossly unjust and abusive rudeness was reported to my insurance. IT IS NOT SAFE TO ASSUME.

Extremely and grossly unprofessional, rude has no people's skills.

Dr. Mora was uncaring and rude to my elderly father. My father attended his follow up appointment he explained his discomfort after having surgery. She simply gave him a list of drops and told him to choose one from the list. After she finished she told him to go find another eye doctor. We are up satisfied with her attitude toward my father. I can’t wait to go with him to his next appointment and confront her with her rudeness.

Dr. Mora took her time to look at my eyes and write down notes about all previous activity. She was informative, helpful, and quick.
