Exceptional and very Experienced Doctor with great knowledge not only at his field but beyond... Did my colonoscopy, endoscopy with him as well he successfully treated my GERB problems as well my Piles (Hemorrhoids) problems ! Front desk staff and specially Ms. Maria are always very helpful and professional with polite attitude. For your convenience there is a private parking lot just few steps down at the same street.

Kind and Professional
Dr. Koustos is a caring physician who takes the time with each patient and listens to concerns and answers questions. His front desk staff are always helpful and go above and beyond to take care of appointments and referrals.

Total and complete failure! Primarily because of the incapable receptionist that has zero tolerance and poor level of communication. Unable to perform the most simplest task and drag me couple of time for no reason to make additional payments (although I explained her the error she made). The office, just like the receptionist, look and feel like a soviet jail. Avoid!

Dr. Koutsos's clinic was badly run, especially the room in which the colonoscopy took place. He misdiagnosed me, although he insisted I come for another colonoscopy two weeks later. This after traumatic experience in this clinic. I expected to see many, many negative reviews for this doctor, but apparently he paid to have his record whitewashed. Do not go to him.

1st visit concluded in an endoscopy. 2 wks after the endoscopy I called office & was told by the VERY rude receptionist that I need to schedule an appt which I found silly since it would be a 2 min convo, which I would have to come back to the office & pay the co-pay again. Asked if Dr. can speak with me on the phone, she took for msg & never called me back. Tried calling for 1 month, finally got through & was told Dr. said I need to come in. NOT HELPFUL TO CLIENTS, WANTS YOUR MONEY.
