I recently underwent hernia surgery performed by Dr. Marko Laitinen, and I am extremely grateful for the care and attention I received. Dr. Laitinen was incredibly kind and informative throughout the entire process. Dr. Laitinen took the time to address all my questions and concerns with patience and clarity. Additionally, I want to acknowledge the exceptional support provided by Kat Wilson and Kelly Fleming. After the procedure, they were very attentive to ensure a smooth recovery. Both Kat and Kelly promptly returned my calls and provided thorough answers to all my post-surgery questions, which greatly eased my recovery process. Overall, the level of care and professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Laitinen and his team was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking expert and compassionate medical care.

Dr. Marko Laitinen is one of a kind! He is smart, funny, and compassionate. He treated me with respect, kindness and empathy. At the same time he remained professional and competent, and explained the good and bad aspects of my condition. His drawings before my surgery were 10/10, he made sure I knew what was going on, and what to expect before and after my surgery.
