Absolutely Great. Dr Williamson has done two surgeries on my back. He knows his stuff. Also did surgery on my Aunt and a friend. All had great experience. Went in with excruciating pain. After surgery it was gone.

After 5 surgeries since 2016 I would have recommended Dr Williamson. But I’m 2019 I’ve had 2 very bad experiences 1) being I had an appointment showed up for my appointment and the office was closed 2) on the rescheduled appointment he seemed to be less concerned about the pain I was having and his staff which changed in the last 6 months or so absolutely are the most disrespectful people I have ever met. I have since had my medical records transferred. So I want be going back.

Outstanding, always is. I’ve seen spine specialists since 2004 from WakeForestBaptistHealth, NC, NovantHealth,NC, & OrthoCarolina, NC, all wanted to do surgery right away but none made me feel secure about it nor about themselves so I didn’t and suffered until I was referred to Dr. Williamson in 2012. The Greatest Doctor alive in my opinion. He has performed several treatments/surgeries on my spine and he is the only surgeon I will ever recommend to others. His staff is super as well. Worst experience with a doctor and his superiority complex. He knew he wasn't going to treat me from my first visit, because I am too fat, and yet sends me for imaging at the cost of $2700.00 and 2 office visits, just to tell me I need surgery but he wouldn't do it, to get gastric bypass surgery first. I'm not the only one he has treated this what. I have talked to others personally. This is why so many avoid going to the doctor. #nofatshaming, # growaheart, #Healnothurt

I had bulging discs and pressed nerves. I was experiencing intense pain and could walk no further than 20 feet without being seated. I didn't drive for 4 full weeks plus I lost 25 pounds because I lost my appetite. My experience with Dr. Williamson and his staff was outstanding. I am now pain free and I am improving daily. I recommend him to everyone I know and meet experiencing similar issues. He is an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner and on top of that he is a Christian.

Just had surgery to remove arthritis from my lower spine. I had pain in my left leg & hip. After the surgery it is gone. The only pain I have is from the small incision. Another GREAT job.

Dr. Williamson performed three surgeries over the past three years on my neck. Each surgery addressed cervical from top to base of neck. Issues originated from an old college basketball injury and over the years worsened with age. Stenosis, bone spurs, faucet joint deterioration were primary issues. Dr. Williamson's talent as a surgeon is impeccable. He is a caring and extremely talented doctor. Would highly recommend him and his fine staff.
