Fabulous doctor with awesome bedside manners!
My family and I visited American Family Care in Norwalk CT several times in the past when we needed a covid test for our trips during the pandemic. We found this center to be awesome. Today I came in with a very bad cough that lasted for 3 days. Over-the-counter cough medicine just didn't work, so I arrived without an appointment. I was greeted by friendly staff and within a few minutes of completing my medical information and insurance on an -I-Pad, I saw Emma, a wonderful, friendly nurse who is just the person to relax you before the doctor arrives.Dr, Mark Wasserman is the quintessential professional, an excellent listener, thorough in his examination and questions. His awesome smile lets you know everything will be fine. Best doctor! Trustworthy and very caring.I highly recommend AFC and Dr. Wasserman! Thank you!!!!

No follow through
Dr.Wasserman prescribed antibiotics for a UTI. Never followed through. Did not give me enough pills. I only took for 5 days and infection came back the day after I stopped the medication. I calked a few times and left messages to speak to him but he never returned my calls. Both AFC Urgent Care and Dr. Wasserman are terrible. Would not recommend them.
