Dr Swyer had been my doctor since 1994. He is a very caring, very knowledgeable doctor. His annual physicals go above and beyond what I have had with previous doctors. He always gets to the bottom of what is going on with me- from migraines to knee pain or a flu or cold bug. He is caring and when he has to refer me to a specialist or physical therapist, he always picks perfectly. He has had my high blood pressure under control since the first time I saw him. I would recommend him to anybody.

Dr. Swyer "oversees" North Creek medicine in Everett and Kirkland. His business is a double wide trailer. He does not care about his patients only about making money. I have reached out over a two month period after enduring a horrible medical experience that was extremely painful and performed faulty and he has refused to return my calls or contact me back. His office is refusing to refund the $6000 worth in services I paid for and did not receive. Dr. Swyer is a money-hungry & unethical Dr.

Level of care seems thought out and recommendations for treatment plan seems fine. Facilities and medical equipment in need of a refresh. Appointments have been efficient and direct.
