I had been experiencing back pain intermittently for months and unfortunately it came to head and became severe and daily during the Coronavirus pandemic. I had several telehealth appointments and was given muscle relaxers and NSAIDs, but it was only Dr. Sterling who didn’t make me wait several days before giving the in-person injections I needed because his office is prepared for and makes patients a priority. Dr. Sterling is extremely knowledgeable, through and compassionate.

i feel dr. sterling takes his time and explains all that he feels is the problem. allows plenty of time to ask questions. calls patient back when a question arises and follows through with rx requests.

Sorry I didn't go to the doc my primary recommended.He had a difficult time listening to me but promptly gave me an expert diagnosis.He minimized and dismissed me through the intake process.He rudely challenged my belief that refined sugars create inflammation in the body to the point where he demanded I show him medical studies that prove it on his computer.He told me a story about whales and arthritis and the point was that its aging is a hopeless case and drugs are the only answer.Felt bad.
