No issues at all with Dr Stephens as a surgeon. Just be prepared to pay full price when the staff does NOT pre-authorize your surgery even after they tell you that then have done so and that it is covered. Then when you get the denial from your insurance, they say they don’t really have to do that. I signed paperwork where they stated they would get a pre-treatment estimate for us through our insurance company.
