If I could give zero stars I would. This office is completely unprofessional, completely unacceptable unaccountable, and has complete lack of empathy. This office rescheduled our appointment 30 days out literally 30 mins before the appointment time. We showed up at the office anyways and the office manager, a completely inconsiderate employee, Shannette Hoskins client revision why the appointment was rescheduled yet refused to take any accountability or responsibility and do anything to fix the issue... This is definitely not the caliber of office you want to entrust with your health and well being

Dr Santman is the the best surgeons that I have been to. He is not only and excellent sergeon but is kind, caring, and makes sure his patients understand what their options are. He has performed two back surgeries for me and both has been very successful. He almost sees his patients for post op appointments.

I had a referral to see Dr. Santman and went in for an X-ray of lower spine. Never actually saw Dr. Santman, but I was spoken to by his Dr. Assistant. (forgot his name). I was to get an MRI. There was a mess up somehow between their office and Cigna. 2 Weeks went by and the appointment was changed to another location, then cancelled all together because the approval was not done correctly. Now the past 2 week is have left messaged and sent messages thru the online portal and I have had zero calls back. I'm left with a hurt spin and no assistance. Since I never actually saw Dr. Santman, this review can only be for the staff, nurses and communicators on his behalf.

I had surgery on my spine in 2016 performed by Dr. Santman. I am one of the few people I know who has had successful spine surgery and I have referred many people to him. I went from not being able to move without terrible pain to being completely normal again. Thank you!

Dr. Santman was very honest and thorough. He explained the procedure very clearly.

Dr Santman is an excellent surgeon. He performed ACDF surgery on my neck in Oct 2016 and i had no problems or complications and the problem was well resolved--great outcome. He is also friendly and takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions.

Dr. Santman and his team performed my laminectomy on Nov. 7 of this year. I can say after 4-6 weeks of rest and recovery, I am finally after 25 years pain free! All of my appointments with Dr. Santman were informative and relaxed, I never felt pressured to make a decision. I am glad I went with the surgical option after exhausting my other treatment options. The surgery went very smoothly, and the follow up has been great. I highly recommend Dr. Santman and his professional, courteous team!

The most important aspects of my experience with Dr Santman and Mr Dimas (his assistant), namely treatment, outcome, and aftercare, were outstanding. Dr Santman is articulate and confident, and both traits helped increase my confidence that my treatment would be successful--and it was.
