He definitely is quick to recommend surgery. Told me if I wanted to stay active, then I needed this surgery. (Saw on precious reviews, before being deleted, other people mentioning the same thing). Got defensive and confrontational if he thought you were questioning him. Yasmin was nice. One time in a visit, sanders started to get very worked up and ugly. Forcing my knee to bend. Yasmin had to take him out of the room so he could cool off, and brought me a water since I was getting upset. Reason I couldn’t bend my knee and progress in rehab was because the orthopedic screws were too long, and were sticking out of my bone. Causing immense pain, and not letting me heal properly. I noticed some of his previous negative reviews are no longer on his Google page. On my last visit he requested I write a review for him. I would not recommend this dr to my friends or family. The only good thing about him is that he was accessible via call or text post surgery.

My appointment was at 11:30am on April 6. I arrived and checked in at 11:20am. The receptionist/assistant came to the waiting room and called patient after patient back to examination rooms. Some patients were called back even when arriving after me. I finally went up to reception and stated that I had been waiting an hour and a half. Instead of apologizing the assistant became defensive. What the assistant should have done was to say at any point when she saw me in the waiting room, “I notice that you’ve been sitting here for a while. Do you have an appointment? Oh my goodness, I apologize! Let’s get you back into an examination room right away!” When my name was FINALLY called, this “person” was still behaving rudely. I can only surmise it was because I had called her out and she did not like it. This “person” in NOT an asset to Dr. Mark Sanders’ practice but instead a detriment. She could certainly benefit from patient relationship training.

Went to Sanders after a motorcycle accident and needed a professional to look at my foot. This is the worst person i could've went to, and highly recommend you finding a different doctor. he is a complete waste of time and money and i ended up getting a second opinion. After paying roughly $170 for an xray (which i paid $36 at my podiatrist) he finally decided to look at my foot. He immediately recommended surgery and pressured me into purchasing a $250 boot and said there was no other place i could get one, which i found out after i left that it was $70 on amazon. He kept pressuring me into getting surgery and tried to close the deal with fear and said the only way i would walk again is with his surgery. Fast forward a month and a half, i am now walking normally without having to cut my foot open and held together with screws which is what he "highly recommended" when all i needed was to ice and rest my foot. He acted like he cared when all he really cared about was a paycheck.

You can't get much better than Dr. Sanders. My wife needed surgery on both her feet. Dr. Sanders listened to our concerns and explained everything in detail so that we understood the procedure and felt comfortable. He is patience and will answer all your questions. He is extremely knowledgable and up to date on all procedures and information. His staff is also very kind and helpful.

Dr. Sanders is awesome! Very kind, understanding, and well spoken. He knows what he is doing and he treated me (and my concerns) with the upmost respect. I needed surgery on both feet and he took the time to explain the procedure and manage my expectations. His staff is wonderful. Very attentive, friendly, and professional. I would refer anyone to Sanders Clinic.

So lucky to have found Doctor Sanders. I suffered a compound open fracture with a dislocation on my right ankle. If you’re generally an athletic person or competitive then this is your man! One of the best orthopedic surgeons and definitely pleasant to visit with. With my lifestyle I’m keeping him on my speed dial. Lol

I went to Dr. Sanders due to him being highly recommended by a physician that I know and trust. I had a total knee replacement. I was back to work within 2 weeks of the procedure. It has now been less than 3 months and I am back to jogging and riding my bike. I can't thank Dr. Sanders enough for his excellent work and care!

Dr. Sanders performed ACL Reconstruction on my 15-year old son using his Quadricep graft as well as an extra-articular procedure and tightening of the patella after he sustained a severe knee injury while wrestling. Just 30 days later, my son is walking without crutches, using no pain medicine, and even enjoying some physical activities like snowmobiling without any pain. Dr Sanders tells it like it is and knows what he is doing. I’m glad we made the 800 mile trip to see Dr Sanders. A+

Dr Sanders has been an amazing doctor to me. I had a total hip replacement and he called me every day to check on me. He has taken wonderful care of me. I noticed the 1st day that the terrible pain I had before surgery was gone. Thank you Dr Mark Sanders

Great Surgeon. Honest straight forward approach! People who have said he does not give pre and post surgery instructions are talking utter nonsense and should remember to read what they are given. Some people don't like the truth, this guy talks the truth.

Hands down the worst, least helpful, & most pessimistic doctor I've ever seen. His diagnosis was a very serious one where surgery I was told would be the only option for me if I wanted to continue being an active person. It was a soul crushing diagnosis he showed no sympathy for so I went to another doctor for a second opinion who sent me to physical therapy. Long story short I discovered Dr. Sanders was dead wrong in his diagnosis and treatment suggestion. Horrible experience 100%.

Dr. Mark Sanders made a wrong diagnosis without even looking at my X-rays and based on that he performed surgery on me! Dr. Mark Sanders never provided me with Pre or post operation instructions. When I went back to his office to ask what I need to do to reduce the pain, he was EXTREMELY RUDE since I didn't know how to reduce the scar tissues that had already formed!!!! 4 months after the Surgery and enduring lots of pain I decided to see another Orthopedic Surgeon. He showed me on the x-R

Dr. Sanders performed ORIF surgery to fix a collarbone malunion. After being turned down by two previous doctors, I chose an out of state procedure with Dr. Sanders because of his wealth of knowledge and unbelievable experience with broken collar bones. He successfully lengthened and reconstructed the collar bone with plate and screws and the shoulder and bone are 100% pain free. I was very impressed with the facilities and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Dr. Sanders!!!!

This doctor is nothing but a scam artist. He will hard sell you into unnecessary surgery and get you to the most expensive laboratory to do different testing. He sent me to do a MRI and an X-ray that cost $1,100. The doctor office visit alone cost $375. Please stay away from him.

He talked alot about himself and had lots of stories to tell. He talked down to me and my daughter about our injury to try to make us feel like we knew nothing and he knew everything. He accused us of things he had no business saying. He wanted to do alot of tests and surgeries on both of us immediately. I came to find out that his diagnosis was ALL wrong and we are on our way to healing just fine with out him. Do Not go to this Dr!
