Dr. Russo was one of the best physicians I've seen. His attentiveness to my issues, his thoroughness to examining my previous records and walking me through all the explanations for treatment and prevention was unparalleled. He was so kind and transparent as well as he was doing a procedure to address my tonsils, checking in on my comfort along the way. Really appreciated his care!

I really love Dr. Russo. He really listens to my concerns, lays out options, and is respectful. He explains things in a clear manner and doesn't "talk down" when explaining the condition and options. He's very thorough. I appreciate the time that he took to place a tube in my eardrum to drain fluid that impaired my hearing.

I was really impressed by the care delivered by Dr. Russo! He had taken the time to review my chart and imagery prior to our visit. He walked through diagnosises, imagery and risks/benefits of treatment options. His approach allowed me to be an active participant in my health and wellness.

Dr. Russo has an incredible 'bedside manner.' He listened thoughtfully, explained using images, explained everything he was doing and seeing during my exam, and overall was very knowledgable and kind. Although he was running a bit late, I knew immediately that it is because he takes the time needed for each patient!
