Worst Experience Ever
Some months ago, I contacted Dr. Rosse after the pharmacy refused to provide medication he prescribed for me. He simply declared that he could not override the pharmacy, and made no effort to resolve the situation. I was forced into a cold turkey withdrawal - a process that every doctor knows can have severe consequences. The resulting insomnia and other difficulties upended my life. I'll never forget how it felt being thrown under the bus by my own doctor.

Patient
I have been seeing Dr. Rosse for years. He was highly recommended to me by an acquaintance. He was wonderful in helping me find which medications work best for me, and managing those medications over time has been great. He is always friendly, listens to my concerns, explains various medications, etc. The regular check in and refill meetings are nice and quick when there's nothing new to go over. Exactly what I want as a busy professional. I have been very happy with Dr. Rosse - no complaints whatsoever. I will be sad the day he retires and I have to move onto a new doctor. Out of all the psychiatrists I have seen in my life, I definitely consider Dr. Rosse the best fit for me.

STAY AWAY. PLEASE. JUST STAY AWAY.
So I went to see Dr. Rosse for about two years during the Covid era. He is best suited as a bridge practitioner. He does the job if you need a psychiatrist to renew prescriptions recommended by your previous psychiatrist. Because he has several patients (25) in any given day, don't expect any personalized attention or much in the way of bedside manners. Heck, he will not even check up on you unless you make an appointment. And many times, he is so "busy" that you cannot even schedule for weeks out. He is the epitome of inattentive and non-responsiveness even if you had an emergency. That situation is outside his grasp of knowledge. You are better served calling an ambulance. So if you need a refill, call Dr. Rosse, talk for a minute, and then go your separate ways. Now if you need a doctor to recommend new prescriptions, stay away from this guy like the bubonic plague. Given his complete non-existence except when you shell out money for services and schedule an appoint

Pill Pusher & Pseudo Psychiatrist
Years ago when I was suicidal and reported my Ex abusing me (DV & SA) and that he was attracted 2 underage girls Dr Rosse excused me as his patient stating conflict of interest cuz he was prescribing lots of amphetamines to my EX JPM which would make him angrier and more violent all around to the point he almost choked me in 2005 with his hands but God had my back and I escaped. Dr. Rosse made me lose trust in any medical professional for 10 yrs and I should have reported him when he threw me out like trash when I needed desperate help. Even his lawyer wife who has never seen me advised Mark to let me go cuz I actually had proof and a strong case. I'm a new person now thanks to GOD, caring doctors unlike Mark and my strength!

Smart doctor, terrible person. Doesn’t follow through with refills. Yells at people in the hallways of his practice. If you need medication advice, go to him ONCE. If you want someone long term, STAY AWAY!

Dr. Rosse has always listened to what I have to say during my appointments. He makes good suggestions for my medicine and can back up his suggestions with info from studies. It's easy to get an appointment with him. I think he's very pleasant and overall does a great job.
