I was under Marc Rosenberg's care for 10 years, from October of 2013 to June of 2024. He is an excellent cardiologist, I have ZERO complaints about his care or how he communicates his diagnosis and advice to me. He treated my initial Atrial Fib, had a hand in my subsequent ablation, then followed my health closely until June of this year. However recently his staff failed miserably in handling my new meds in the wake of my Atrial Flutter hospitalization in November of 2023, the hosp started me on 4 new meds and removed one I was taking at the time. Tried to get his office to approve my new meds, it was absolutely a joke. The hosp only gave me a small amount, I needed to order more so I wouldn't have a break in meds. Couldn't get it approved for nearly two weeks. It took her two days to call me back and then she didn't answer the question I left: meds were pricey, is there a generic ? Tells you to call her back again, another two day wait, then repeat. ZERO sense of urgency. Unbelievable, who does that ? Total incompetence, she's in way over her head. Should be a general practitioners nurse, no more. Put up with it for 6 months, so bad I had to find another card, can't handle it. Done with that, must be a DEI hire.

Dr. Rosenberg's is a great doctor. He really listens and he goes above and beyond for his patients. My son was in an accident and Dr. Rosenberg called me to check on him several times as well as keeping in touch with the hospital doctors that were treating him. Dr. Rosenberg is very personable and easy to get along with. He doesn't have the cocky ego like some doctors have. He believes you know your body best & will not hesitate to refer you to a specialist if needed.
