All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Believe the other reviews - terrible demeanor
Awful, disrespectful and condescending attitude towards patients and staff. Unfortunately, Dr. Teather sold his practice to this rude, arrogant doctor and we were shocked when we went in for our appointment and had to interact with this rude man. If he doesn't like his job, he should retire. You are dealing with PEOPLE not robots, how hard is it to be nice and explain things patiently? He constantly complained about the practice HE bought, complained about Brevard county and his staff. Never again, Dr. Rosanova.

I think Dr. Mark Rosanova is very knowledgeable and I trust him completely. Although I have a problem with his Egotistic, Pompous, Condescending attitude. I am contemplating on not returning because of my recent visit. He did not wear a mask for my protection from the COVID virus and said they done more harm than good. He continued to slam the Scientist, Infectious Disease Doctors and the CDC. When I began to question his logic, he informed me that I was a lay person and you need to be a Doctor to understand. I believe the CDC etc. shouldn't be advising patients on Ophthalmology as Dr. Rosanova should not advise on Infectious disease matters , at least to his patients. I agree that everyone has a right to their own opinion and a right to share it but, I believe there is a proper time and place for it. I will end in saying that in my 77+ years he is one of the best Ophthalmologist I have seen and I trust his knowledge and capability Completely.

Waited for him on three occasions. Apologized only one time. His demeanor is arrogant and he is condescending. He made me feel like he was doing me a favor and I would never go back to him. My two-star rating is generous.

It’s too bad I can’t give less than 1 star. Horrible demeanor. Condescending attitude. Find another doctor.

On more than one occasion, Dr Rosonova has been condescending and disrespectful. His response to a simple question about follow-up instructions was to thrust a document at me while aggressively saying “Can you read?!!” He has the worst “bedside manner” of any doctor I’ve ever met. There are MANY other options out there!

Dr Rosanova was very kind, thoughtful and courteous. He explained everything he did very clearly. When he saw how difficult it was for me to read, he presented me with a light and demonstrated how it worked. It has a flexible light that allowed me to review my taxes and read for for pleasure.

Dr Rosanova was one of the first Dr.s to actually apologize when he was late for my appt. As a Special Ed. teacher, my eyesight is crucial for me. He made the Cataract experience easy and quick! When I first used my new vision, it turned out to be incredible, just as he had said. The trust I have in him and compassion he gave ,made me have an excellent experience!!

Rozanova is unprofessional and confrontational; not to be trusted. I highly recommend finding another Ophthalmologist who is actually interested in his patient's well being.

Dr. Rosanova arrived 20 minutes late to the office. Never made eye contact or introduced himself to me when he entered exam room. Very short - asked 3 times to explain my diagnosis, gave same answer. When asked "should I be worried" he simply gave me a referral sheet for a specialist. Left the appointment feeling uneasy as to my diagnosis. I only learned my diagnosis after I got home and googled what I could make out on the sheet he gave me.

My mom went to see him today and he apparently allows his dog in his office with the patient there. I love dogs but how could you go from petting the dog to touching your patient's face?? Just find someone else.

from the first consult meeting, Dr. Rosanova was very detailed about my condition, expenses and potential outcome of my surgery. Between his discussions and videos availabe on his website, I was able to overcome my intense fear of anything near my eyes. I could never even contemplate even the use of contacts. Since the operation, I absolutely amazed at the colors, contrast and sharpness of the world around me.
