Dr. Mark Roessler, DO

I disagree 100% with anyone not giving dr Roessler anything less than a perfect rating. I have been his patient for almost 5 years now and have never had a bad experience! I did have one unpleasant procedure, that wasn’t the dr’s fault, it was mine and he fixed me!! The office staff is great, and easy to work with. Dr Roessler has never rushed me through an appointment, and has always listened to my concerns. In my opinion he has gone above and beyond for both my wife and me. No we are not presonal friends. I just think he’s a damned good dr.

I do not recommend Dr. Roessler at all, please find someone else. He did not wear a face mask OR gloves in the middle of a global pandemic. Furthermore, he would not listen and was extremely rude and impatient. He belittled my symptoms and after three follow up visits FINALLY diagnosed the issue. However, even after diagnosing the issue, he was unable to effectively communicate the problem and was on his phone on Google and Web-MD right in front of me. After he prescribed a medication, he had the audacity to say that even though there may be this horrible side effect, it’s not his concern because his concern is treating my symptom. Needless to say, I have not returned and I do not recommend any one EVER visiting.

Dr Roessler is only interested in billing Medicare for as much as he can get. I said I only wanted my ears cleaned out of wax because of build up due to wearing hearing aids. He would not listen regardless of my insistence. He was not interested in what I wanted and kept on talking. He charged $325. I will not return to his office again. Why is a plastic surgeon passing himself off as an ear, nose & throat dr anyway?
