Great listener, knowledgable
Easy to make an appointment, friendly staff, very short wait time in the office. Dr Robson listened carefully, fully explained etiology of my problem, recommended shoe inserts and gave me steroid injection to get the healing process started. Overall a very good visit

My foot is worse off now than before the 2 surgeries. My life is forever changed but not in a good way. Doctors need to do what's best for the patients not their pocketbook.

My appointment was at 9:15. While I was in the waiting room, two other patients arrived. He took both ahead of me. When I commented I had to be out by 10:15 (otherwise my driver would leave for another pickup), Dr. Robson became defensive and said, "You can always find another podiatrist to go to." I was shocked but said nothing. He proceeded to examine my ingrown toenails and offered some very expert advice. Since I was 84 years old this is what he would do. Then he began treating me as if I were senile. VERY insulting (I'm a writer and still publish articles plus a monthly newsletter. I thought doctors were compassionate and caring. Not Dr. Robson if you're an older person. Additionally, he has recently moved and his office is difficult to get to, from the left turn just off the freeway into the medical offices parking lot, the lack of sufficient close-by parking, and the VERY steep and short ramp leading to the sidewalk that goes toward his office.

Been experiencing heel pain for 6 weeks. Dr. Robson listened before offering the most likely cause. Tested to verify that was the case. Told me about a unrelated unimportant condition I had that showed to me he really took the time to analysis health rather than just assuming he was correct. Outlined a treatment plan for the condition that was causing the pain and with my concurrence put it into action. Anytime i had a question he answered in depth and seemed cheerful to do so. Excellent care.
