Although the doctor was good, I could never recommend this practice to anyone. I visited the doctor on two occasions roughly 9 months ago. For one visit, they did not collect the appropriate copay, and they did not bill me until a month ago in the amount of $10. I got EXACTLY ONE bill and ONE phone call, and I paid within 6 days. However these incompetent, uncaring people turned my $10 bill over to collections. There are plenty of doctors; no one needs to be handled like I was--over $10!

Always feel heard and validated, which is so important. Dr. R makes me part of my treatment plan and gives me all available options, instead of what one so often experiences, 'I am the doctor, I know best'. He is kind, compassionate and 'real'. I appreciate him all the way around. Staff is wonderful. After each visit I feel I got some old fashioned care and great bedside manner, coupled with new medical developments, meds, advice etc. BEST doctor experience EVER, and I have seen lots if them.
