Staff was friendly, but can’t say the same for the doctor. Went in for a nerve conduction test which went smooth. When I started trying to talk about other symptoms I was having, he acted like he didn’t have time to even listen to me. My primary doctor referred me to him to be checked for MS. All he would tell me what that the tingling and numbness in my hands didn’t have to do with MS. Wouldn’t listen to my other symptoms or that I’ve been miserable from pain for months. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Must be nice to be getting paid VERY well to not care about patients.

I started seeing Dr. Ramirez 10 months ago and one of the first things that he told me that finding the right regimen for my migraines would be a work in progress. I knew that I was seeing the right doctor. We have tried several different treatment over the last several months and I am happy to say that I have gone from 20 migraines a month to 9 a month. I now have pain free days and better tools to deal with the migraines when I get them. Dr. Ramirez is a kind, compassionate doctor that really listens and hears what his patient is telling him. He is directly responsible that I am now able to spend quality time with my family and friends. Saying thank you does not seem adequate for all of the great care that I have received. Dr. Ramirez has a very kind and considerate staff the work with him. I would recommend Dr. Ramirez to anyone that is looking for a doctor that really cares.

Doctor Mark Ramirez is kind and compassionate. He took the time to listen and understand my health issues. He has used his knowledge and skill to help me have fewer miagrains. This has GREATLY improved the quality of my life. Now I have so many more days without miagrains, and am so thankful!

Dr. Rameriz had been seeing my disabled son with a serious pain problem for about a year. My son is non verbal. He did not even TRY to find out what has been wrong with him, but slapped the label migraines on him and had me put him on several medications over about a 9 month period. He would be rude and abrupt whenever I tried to sum up what was going on with the medications not seeming to work or causing bad side affects. It would almost seem like he was trying to blame me or turn things around on me. I thought I was just being overly sensitive because I am so worried about what is going on with my son, but tonight I just stumbled on this website and now I am so unbelievably angry that we wasted our precious time and our son’s health on this horrible person!!! DO NOT TRUST YOUR HEALTH TO THIS MAN! Why didn’t I trust my gut!!!????

Dr Ramirez should not be practicing anywhere on anyone! Very unprofessional, difficult to communicate with, will NOT look for cause beyond the potential "migraine" but wants to treat right away with "free" medications that can seriously affect mental/physical health, livelihood - just wow! It's alllll migraine & just in case you would like to get a 2nd opinion, he WILL "discharge" you as a patient. If you are a patient, good luck reaching anyone in the afternoon! They close up shop!

I wish there was a section for zero stars / worst doctor ever - "VERY BAD" bedside manner. Belittled me and made me feel very stupid - I ended up walking out on a doctor for the first time in life. The ladies up front were very nice.

How do doctors like this stay in business? Poor bedside manner, staff that has no clue how to operate a doctors. The wait time is often an hour after your schedules appointment, not just once like there might be something more urgent . Its every time !!

About one of the worse doctors offices I have seen. The staff has zero clue, they never answer phones, never return calls and try and get a refill takes a week to get filled. This office is supposed to care for people with neurological problem, the fact they have zero empathy at all for patients surprises me how they stay open. The doctor has " I know it all" Syndrome even though hes only been in practice a few years and served residency in unknown facility.

I waited over a month for the appointment. I was scheduled on a Friday at 4:15pm. Waited close to 45 min. The staff was friendly so I was optimistic. Dr. Ramirez was not friendly he was argumentative with me as I was attempting to explain my symptoms. I am educated I understand human anatomy. He treated me like I was an idiot, he was obviously irritated with me.. I got the impression that I was the only thing standing between him and his weekend. I will not be seeing him again. ??

I was referred to Ramirez for migraines. He prescribed effexor which is a powerful antidepressant. It worked for the migraines but I didn't need antidepressants and when it came time for an authorization to refill the prescription it was impossible to reach this office. I left several voice mails and went a number of days without the meds untell I started having terrible withdrawal symptoms and frantically called my PCP to beg for a refill and discuss weaning me off off this addictive poison.

He wants to believe all neurological issues are migraine related. Very unprofessional and rude. He has zero compassion for patient's. He refuses to hear what's really going on. I would give 0 stars but there is no option.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ramirez to your enemies. I'm a nurse myself and went in for a number of different problems including tremors in different extremities. All this doctor wanted to hear about was a headache. I was given migrane medication and sent on my way. If you actually want to find out what's going on please see someone else. If I could give this guy 0 starts I would.
