If I could leave zero stars I would. Not that this review matters either because his last day is Friday. My 2 kids have been going to him for 8 yrs now. They had their last appointment with him today. My son coughed once in the waiting room and you would have thought he had the plague. He had his receptionist (he couldn't do it himself) tell me my kids couldn't be seen because he(my son) has the flu. I'm pretty sure this is an eye Dr, not someone who can diagnose the flu from 1 little cough. I thought he actually cared about his patients, especially long term to see them off, but I guess not. Crazy covid rules 5 yrs later, poor bed side manners. All the other negative reviews make sense to me now. Happy retirement, it seems like it's been a torture of a job for you.

I understand that coronavirus is an issue. I have been traveling 1 hour and 40 minutes to make sure my son is being taken care of. My daughter is 6 and he turned us away because she was with us. I told them I have been fully vaccinated, traveled a long distance and as a single mother-didnt have anyone who could watch my daughter. They still turned us away with no empathy and with a very bad attitude. They offered for him to come and talk to me and I said how is that any different than my daughter to come into a 5 minute appt with us? I even offered to have her sit in the waiting room so he didn't have to come into contact with her (even though her germs are on me too as her mother)... They told me I was giving them a hard time because I asked for his medical records and am willing to pay, but they said he has to review the records and I simply asked why if I just want a copy of all of it. Note- my daughter has been to their office MULTIPLE times. If you're a single parent, don't bother

We had a very poor experience with our young child. The diagnosis was not explained, the processing of insurance was not handled well and the office staff/correspondence was difficult and unprofessional.

I have a child with special needs who was incredibly scared by her experience with Dr. Preslan. He was harsh and unprofessional in his interactions with her and shamed her for feeling scared. We will not be returning.

Very very rude staff!! Unprofessional. They are a pediatric md and have no respect for patients or their parents. Do not explain procedures and make you aware of what is happening. Overall would not recommend. Very slow and office is dirty
