Happy was sent to Emory to get help for my sleep disorder. I have watched Dr. Trotti on YouTube and was very impressed with her knowledge of Narcolepsy type one and HI. I recently had a hysterectomy and my condition worsened with Cataplexy and sleeping at night was brutal. I look forward to finding a solution to help with my situation currently. Thank you for the opportunity.

Had a sleep study and they ran the pressures so high I could not sleep. Changed to a BiPap angie the pressures were too high. Leaking from 3 different head gears. Got the technique to change my own pressures and now have the best nightly experience. The problem is they have never used the equipment experienced sleep apnea.

This office is very poor in communication with patients. Have had three test done and waited weeks to get answers after leaving messages and talking to office manager to have someone call me back. Would not recommend.

This medical firm is symptomatic of everything that is wrong with the American healthcare industry. Currently riding the wave of the healthcare industry pushing the notion of apnea as a major sleep disorder to sell overpriced breathing machines, it does an appalling job providing service. Don't expect an appointment reminder. Time with personnel is usually short, ranging from 5 to 7 minutes. Don't expect to see the doctor. Waiting times, though, range from thirty to fifty minutes. $50 per visit.

I saw Dr. Pollack for five years happily. Yesterday I arrived on time for my 11am appointment. I was put into an exam room promptly. The room was cold, and I sat for an hour and a half, waiting. No one checked on me. When Dr. Pollack finally arrived, I expressed my frustration, politely. He said, "I had two complex cases ahead of you". Not only did he not apologize, he made it clear from his attitude that I ought to understand that these things happen with physicians. I am changing doctors.
