Rude receptionist
Dr. Pilliteri was great, however due to the rudeness I experience each time I contact the office receptionist I will be forced to find a new OBGYN. The receptionist in this office have no empathy whatsoever and very argumentative.

Amazing doctor
I don’t know how anyone could not love him. He has the best personality, has a private practice so no red tape in providing the care you actually need and not what the big Group thinks you need (or don’t need), and will work with you in making sure you stay healthy and that your pregnancy goes as smoothly as it can. I admire his candor as well as his wit. Such an awesome person and doctor, I am thankful for all he has done for me and my now 2 year old.

Do not go to this man! There are many other better doctors who will treat you with respect and compassion.

Dr. Pill is hands-down an incredible doctor and surgeon. After going through multiple doctors and specialists for YEARS, Dr. Pill was the first and only person to not only diagnose me, but create a successful plan for pregnancy. He is accommodating, professional, and just has this innate ability to make you feel calm and well taken care of. Sure, sometimes there can be a wait, but for me, incredible doctors are WORTH travel and/or wait times. You can tell a lot about any leader by their team, and his colleagues - both in his office, and at Good Sam - seem to genuinely admire him. After the birth of my son, I almost could not mention his name without becoming emotional over how well he had taken care of me and my family before, during, and after pregnancy. Saying I highly recommend Dr. Pill is an understatement, I truly think he is amazing and exemplary of what every doctor should be!

Worst Experience
He berated me, and treated me like I was beneath him. I don't know how he can be a doctor with that much disdain. The hospital doctors admitted that his nastiness wasn't out of the ordinary, and tried to console me. It was one of the worst days of my life.

Top Notch Physician
Dr. Pillitteri has been at the epicenter of my complicated path to parenthood, and I am beyond grateful to have him in my corner. He is a true expert in his field and his level of knowledge, attentiveness, and compassion is unparalleled. He has provided me with the most thorough level of care, and I trust him implicitly with my health and safety. In addition to providing the highest level of medical care, his bedside manner is fantastic. He has been a pillar of emotional support and has encouraged me on countless occasions to put my faith above my fear to accomplish my goals. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Pillitteri and he displays that same degree of respect towards his patients.

I went to Dr. Pillitteri originally for a second opinion after I was diagnosed with endometriosis. That was the best decision of my life. Dr. P has been treating me for almost 2 years and has tried everything he could to help me before having to do surgery. He recently did laparoscopic surgery on me, to remove my ovary which had a very large cyst and he excised my endometriosis. Dr. Pillitteri is an amazing, caring doctor. I whole heartily love and trust him. Yes, you will wait, but trust me that it's worth it! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pillitteri if you're looking for a doctor who cares and will go above and beyond for you.

Dr P has been treating me for almost two decades. He has done several surgeries on me for my endometriosis, delivered my two children via c-section and recently performed a hysterectomy. Dr P is an amazing doctor. I trust him with my life and truly believe he is an incredible surgeon. Dr P has never guided me in the wrong direction and I truthfully believe he is the reason I was able to have children. Yes, you will wait but bring a book and coffee and trust that it's worth it! I HIGHLY recommend Dr P if you're looking for a doctor who cares and will go above and beyond for you.

The wait is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe they shouldn't schedule so many patients at the same time. I went in to see Eileen. Called ahead of my scheduled apt to make sure the wait wasn't bad --because it always is--and they said there was no wait for Eileen. So I was there in 5 min. The girls in the back kept me waiting for 1.5 hours. The front desk women knew I was there for Eileen. The girl who took blood pressure knew I was there for Eileen. And yet they forgot and called In many people --who came in after me to see Eileen. I am so sick of waiting that long for a doctor. Learn how to schedule! This is isnt the first time I have had to wait that long here. I am just fed up and wrote a review. The wait is anywheres from 1.5 hours on. Usually 2 hours. the waiting room is filled with other patients waiting. its frustrating. The wait time on the phone to even make an apt takes a while. What is going on in this office?! Ive never even seen the doctor because the wait time would be even lo

Dr. P is truly a one of a kind doctor. The relationship he develops with his patients is wonderful and heartfelt during an important time of your life of becoming a mother whether its first time, second time or trying to conceive . Even the staff for annual check ups is equally fantastic. Dr. P takes the time you need to answer ANY and ALL questions without rushing you. He genuinely makes you feel safe, important and I trust him and the staff with my life. They are family run and they make you feel like family and will get to know you by your first name! Dr. P has successfully delivered both of my children via C-Section which were both very very easy to heal from. I was up and walking from both the very next day. With each delivery he was constantly checking in while I was in the hospital to answer any questions and to check my healing. His residents thar are under him speak highly of him as well and are kind hearted like him. Im forever grateful for my babies and for choosing Him

As a nurse we have big expectations of the attending that we work with. Dr. Pillitteri not only has delivered my children but also as a surgeon. His expertise and his bedside manners and caring give him a 5 stars, he not only meets my expectations as a nurse but as a patient. I have and still recommend him to my family and friends .

Waited over two hours for a rushed visit. Dr. did not pull up my chart until he walked in. Was not informed about my condition. I paid for a rushed visit and a very disorganized consultation. The Dr might be good at surgeries but has way too many patients. If you like attention, this is not the place for you. No follow up calls, no interest in even following up at all. After blood results, no conversation about it. Came highly recommended, but I am highly disappointed.

Dr. Pillitteri is truly something special. It is very rare to find such a knowledgeable doctor with so much compassion for his patients. After going to numerous neurologists and stroke specialists and not receiving any answers my sister mentioned that I see Dr. P. He figured out what was causing my mini strokes and knew exactly what to do to cure them. What do you say about the Dr that saved your life? I have see him go above and beyond for me and for so many others! Dr. P is THE BEST!

First visit to the office and was waiting over 2 hours, ended up walking out after was told I'd be next and still ended up waiting another hour. They had a sick patient in the waiting room with several pregnant women, and she offered to sit in her car if reception called her in but they refused, god forbid they went the extra mile. Was so appalled by how many people were sitting there waiting for hours, my time is too valuable to be waiting for someone who is only gonna talk 5 min to me

Dr.Mark Pillitteri and Eilleen Pillitteri are the most amazing doctors who have EVER walked this planet. They care about each and every patient that walks through that door and will go above and beyond for anyone. They are truly a god send, there are long waits sometimes because if one of his patients gets admitted and needs immediate surgery OR if one of his patients goes into labor he drops what hes doing an runs to the hospital to care for them. Wouldn't you want that if that was you? LOVE THEM

I began seeing Dr. Pillitteri earlier this year, & on my first visit, I waited over an hour in the waiting room, (which is tiny, with at least 15 other people waiting). I saw him one other time to get information pertaining to having surgery, (another 1+ hour wait). It's over a month later, and there's still no info on the surgery, & no info regarding them calling my insurance company for the surgery. I've called 10+ times, & no return calls. Horrible service!!
