Horrible experience
I was in the ER 2 days after my C-Section due to severe pain, the doctor didn’t care at all, he was telling me all the medication I could take instead of going to the ER. Finally he ordered a X-Ray

All-around poor patient experience
I 'inherited' Dr. Nichols from my mother as a teenager. Dr. Nichols did not take my concerns seriously. He frequently misdiagnosed me - he would tell me I didn't have a UTI when I did, would mock me when I advocated for myself ('Oh, which one of us went to med school again?'), and would call me a week later to say it really *was* a UTI and I need to get antibiotics right away. This happened multiple times and led to years of debilitating recurring UTIs and antibiotics. He was judgmental about sexual activity. He did not warn of the pain caused by IUD insertion and, of course, provided no pain relief. Finally, after a normal exam, I was told the lab results were very bad and I could have cancer. I was put through another painful exam and scrape (and emotional anguish), just to be told my original lab was misread and nothing was wrong. I have nothing positive to say about this experience except I'm glad it's over, and I now have a different OB-GYN who treats me with kindness and respect.

I've been looking for the right OB/GYN for the longest time. I had a wonderful experience. he made me feel very at ease. he answered all my questions. The office girl is so bad never talks, smiles, or even arranges time with you before scheduling. If you asked her to change the appointment for your personal issues, she only says this is "the only appointment we've is that the one I gave you". She's the reason that will drive me to stop-go there 100%. Avoid her.

I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously by Dr. Nichols. His suggestion for UTI prevention, birth control concerns, and pain during sex: "Have you tried staying abstinent?" If you prioritize an open, non-judgmental, and respectful environment from your women's health provider, I cannot recommend Dr. Nichols.

Dr. Nichols has been fantastic through my pregnancy. He has such positive energy when he sees you. Makes you feel comfortable and happy to be at his office. His staff is very welcoming as well. Always a smile on all their faces. I had complications delivering my first baby so for the safety of the baby and myself we decided on a C Section. When I had my first C Section, I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Before and through my C Section he was outstanding. His energy around him was just incredible. There was no stress from him in the operation room. It was such a relief to finally find a doctor that I felt comfortable putting my life and my baby’s life into his hands. Any worry that you have just goes away with Dr Nichols. He answers any questions or concerns that you might have through the pregnancy or after. He doesn’t rush you out of the room. He’s such an amazing Dr. and OBGYN that I would recommend him to anyone that I know. Thank you so much Dr. Nichols

Please do not go to this "doctor." My orthopedic found a 5cm ovarian cyst and a 4.5cm uterine fibroid via MRI, due to intense back pain.I made a first-time appointment with Dr. Nichols through my insurance. In the interim, my pain became unbearable, I was taken to the ER. Aftera CTscan and ultrasound I was told I had numerous large, grapefruit size fibroids that were the cause of my pain. Yet, according to Dr.Nichols, neither the fibroids norcyst could cause any pain bc I haven't bleed in week.I
