Always listens to me
He has been my main doctor for several years. When I was in the hospital with sepsis he checked in on me every day and made sure I was being taken care of

Screwed me up
The office charged me for exams that I never got the results... and lied saying my insurance did not approve it... what a shame!

Dr. Lee is great and we’ve always liked him but his office staff sucks he has no control over them and how they treat his patients as they are horrible. The head office manager/LVN, I wouldn’t even call her that, pushed an elderly man who’s blood pressure had spiked and was off balance. He had to grab the counter and hold on to steady himself looked at me and said this is ridiculous I said yes it is. I confronted her with this that she pushed this man and put him off balance and that he had to grab the counter she said (well he pushed me first and then she flipped me the bird!!! ) Unbelievable behavior!!! The office staff is basically bottom of the barrel no professionalism at all. Everyone of them in that office should be fired!!! I would advise looking elsewhere for a doctor as long as this office staff is in place, I can only hope that Dr. Lee takes charge of this office staff and fires every last one of them. Good luck to Dr. Le P.S. we are in search of a new doctor and can only pray that our medical records will be transferred and not destroyed by this lady. I would hate to have to take further actions against this office for doing any damage to our medical records. RMH

Dr. Le is an excellent doctor. When our family retired from the city to country, we had to find a new doctor. Dr. Le and his staff have always gone out of their way to help us. No matter the situation, they give their all in service while showing respect, compassion and professionalism to us. Dr. Le has been our doctor for over 9 years and we have no complaints about his service or staff. Thank you Dr. Le & staff for always being so wonderful and kind to our family.

Front office staff rude and nasty. Told me to come in then said it would be a 90 minute wait. I cancelled and just went to the er instead. I will never go back

It is a joke to even make attempt to schedule an appointment...They finally answer the phone say hold please and then hang up.
