Have recommended several times over the years
I have been going to him since he began his practice. Always pleasant and remembers my, and those of my family, medical histories. Love him and his team. The office is more business since Optum took over. Not as friendly. The person taking blood now is not as good as Nancy was.

Horrible communication
The front desk is incompetent. I finally had to make an appointment and pay for it so I could get Dr. Johnson to look at a scan three months after it was sent to his office. I had called multiple times. All calls are routed through someplace else. Don't expect information. You must demand it.

Horrible service and billing service. They sent me a bill without claims or what kind of services. However, they included the claims submitted to the insurance and insurance had paid the bills with $33 amount owe by the patient. They still charged me the full amount without the insurance. What a fraud of charge from this clinic. Avoid this clinic of this doctor. They over-charged me and kept billing me on what the insurance already paid.

I've been with Dr Johnson for about 15 years and I've always had good service. He pays attention to what I say but isn't shy about politely explaining things to me if I have unrealistic expectations.

I've seen Dr Johnson on several occasions. I won't ever again. When he was at insta care, his staff turned me away while I was having an active heart attack. Later that day I was admitted to Jordan Valley Hospital with a heart attack. I saw him for a lung problem. Told me it was asthma despite the fact it's not an illness in any of my family background. Finally went to er because I couldn't breathe. Could have died. He gets angry and disrespectful if you question his decisions.

I went for wellness child check up and Dr. Johnson acted very unprofessionally. Laughing my face, rolling his eyes, and shaking his head. Trying to make me feel like stupid for the decisions i made for my 4 month old son. I will NEVER recommend him to anyone that i know.

I'm new to the area and was looking for a new Dr. I did read the reviews before making the appointment and despite what I read I thought I'd give him a chance since I don't usually put a whole lot of weight into what people say in reviews. However I have to say that this was the single worst experience I've ever had with anyone in the medical field. He is Very impersonal, Horrible communicator, and generally seemed annoyed that he had to see me. I actually left the office angry and regretful.

I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone. He is good if you want a pill pusher. He almost killed my husband. If I had not just gone to the hospital instead of doing what he wanted me to do, my husband would be dead. Then when the hospital doctors put my husband on home health care, he was upset. He asked who did we think we were, and walked out of the room!
