I went to Dr Hoitink for about 9 years. I'm not the type to go to the doctor much, maybe once or twice. Well, this year, I had a severe sinus infection for over 2 months, that led to a lot of other issues. Dr Hoitink ordered a CT scan for me. The radiologist sent the report back to Hoitink's office the next day. To make a long story short; it took me over two weeks and more than 20 phone calls (Seriously!) for the doctor to read my CT scan and refer me to an ENT. Horrible experience.

Dr. Hoitink is a great doctor he cares about his patients, listens to you, he doesn't treat you like a number or a quota he has to meet. I like that he is very proactive in his treatments for me. I'm the same way too I'm not a let's just wait and see what happens I'm a let's take steps to take care of or prevent a problem now. I really like this approach with Dr. Hoitink. I recommend him to all my friends or anyone who is looking for a new family doctor.

Worst medical experience ever. Totally disorganized office. Rude staff and horrible follow up. Save yourself the hassle and find a different doctor.

So I have been going to dr. Hoitink for several years now. I have always been happy with his care as a physician. However he recently moved and is now managed under "Lynx" health care. After raising questions about some of the paperwork, which gives them cart blank approval to send any records they see fit to anyone, they refused to serve me because they said I signed the documents "under durress". Crazy! I think I will seek another doc.
