Dr. Mark Head In-Office Appointment Experience
I have found Dr. Head to be responsive to my needs, and very helpful. He listens to what I have to say, doesn't make me feel rushed and, best of all, doesn't talk down to me. Yes, his office is very busy and sometimes there is a wait to see him. Show me a medical office that isn't busy. I'm grateful to have him as my doctor. I feel I'm in good hands.

Don't recommended at all
They called and tried rescheduling 4 out of the last 6 visits. This last time was my last straw. Having no car I have to walk 3 miles to get there. They tried calling me 30 minutes before my appointment and I missed the calls walking there. I wasted my time and money I spent on child care to watch my sick son while I was gone. It is unprofessional to reschedule that much!! His assistant is not friendly at all. She is rude and hangs up on you before you can ask a question. No one answers a phone there. I would avoid the place.

Refused to see me because I had had a negative covid test. Told me to get treated at the immediate care center, and then I could come back 10 days after test. If you can't treat me know, I will never be back. I thought doctors took the hippocratic oath??????
