I give the Doctor 5 stars for the sacrifices he made , personal and monetary , to obtain his degree and license. I did not have the same 5 star experience as other reviewers. I waited over an hour for each office appointment. On the fourth visit, the doctor didnt know my name and wrote a prescription that could not be filled because it was not written correctly, according to the pharmacist.I saw the Doctor two weeks before my surgery and I was told I would receive a call for the time of my surgery. I repeatedly called and got my surgery time less than twenty four hours brfore it was performed. The nurse at the surgery site had no tolerance for my anxiety about what was about to happen. She was very short with me and repeatedly told me to stop being so anxious as opposed to a simple comment that I would be fine. In addition, when discharged, I received a bag of ice. No crutches, no walker. My neighbor had to carry me into my house. I wish I had the same experience as others.

In June 2004, Dr. Hanson performed a double knee replacement on me. It is now December 2020, and other than an occasional “twinge” my knees are doing well. This man did a great job, got rid of my pain, and gave me new mobility. His skills were, and still are, very much appreciated!!

Dr. Hansen saved my life! I saw him in 2010 because I had extraordinarily painful arthritis in my shoulders especially the left. He injected the steroids into my shoulder from the back. It not only took away that pain, but ALL the arthritis including my right shoulder, hips and back. What an amazing blessing he is to me. I cannot thank him enough! Blessings to him.
