Dr. Mark Grosinger, DO

On 2-27-24 I heard from my MA at my family physician’s office that Montgomery ENT closed on 2-22-24. Mark E Grosinger DO and Rachel Skinner, Audiologist were no longer in the practice. Both my husband and I have Phonak hearing aids and have one under warranty with 3 years left. I called the office, in disbelief, only to find it true! We had absolutely no notice! On 2-28-24 we received a letter announcing Mark’s retirement and instructions to get a copy of our medical records. When we picked up the medical records, he was there cleaning out the office. He knew we were there but ignored us. We feel stranded and duped on the warranty. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a doctor, much less a highly recommended doctor. I get it if he feels he follow everything legally to avoid patient abandonment malpractice, but, there is a level of decency that has been ignored. I will never see a doctor in a private practice again.

Dr. Grosinger is kind and knowledgeable with a staff who display the same characteristics.

I had an awful experience with this office. I was treated horribly. Please do not waste your time and money.

I have horrible anxiety when going to any sort of dr. appointment. Seeing this man was the worst treatment I've ever received. He had zero compassion or understanding for my anxiety and fears for the procedure he wanted to do on my ear. He was combative and agitated at the questions I had about the procedure. As if I'm not allowed to ask any questions. His whole demeanor was terrible. This man will never work on me.

I went to see him about removing a small imperfection that was on my face. Before the surgery he told me it would be a small incision that would be up and down. After the surgery, I find out he went side to side and I ended up having 16 stitches. It never did heal right. I didn't think I could go wrong going to a plastic surgeon, but I did. Sounds like he needs to find another line of work. He does not have any good reviews.
