This was my 3rd time visiting Dr. Mark Goldstein. He injected my ears with a cortisone shot in the first and second visit because I have piercing bumps on my both ears. He said that this will help flatten the small scar tissues formed on my ears. Obviously, the two shots didn't work! None of what he does or uses or prescribes will work or heal you. The first injection he gave me he told me to visit him again next month to give me another injection. So, I visited him again regarding the second injection and he got mad at me the moment he saw me. He said " You know if the injection is not working I can refer you to a plastic surgeon!" I said "You told me that I should come back for a second injection because the first one didn't work so here I am!" He injected my ears and told me to leave immediately after the injection was given and me ears were bleeding in front of everybody. Today Dec20th 2021, was the second time he uses a rude tone with me regarding COVID vaccine.

I took my son to see Dr Goldstein about his acne. We asked questions, and he didn't have the patience to answer them, Instead saying abruptly, "if it doesn't work out for you, you can go somewhere else". He wrote prescriptions, and we asked him if they had any side effects. He did not answer our questions, but said that "you should use my prescriptions and throw away all the over the counter's medicine." The way he answered as if he wanted to sell us HIS "prescriptions". I know they use third-party pharmaceutical vendors, not the regular CVS or Welgreens. I didn't go to get the prescriptions and immediately changed the doctor, because it became a matter of trust. The next week when I called the office, I asked if I could rate the doc, and the office lady said "you can write, but no one really reads it". REALLY!

I would not recommend Dr Goldstein, I saw him years ago, he has no bedside manor! I had sever itching/changing rash/eczema, my PCP referred me and dr Goldstein, he was was upset that I didn’t have to wait 6 months and told me so. He left the room quickly and didn’t give me any remedy or reason why the itch and rash was so severe, Bottom line he was No help at all !! But he took my co-pay and insurance with no problem.

Please do not use Dr. Goldstein. He used to be a good doctor, but I don't now what happened. I got there 15 min early and waited in the lobby for 45 min and then got brought into room and waited another 15 min for him, only for him to come in and look at a cist above my eye that he said, I have to go see an ophthalmologist for. Literally spent two min with me and then charged my insurance for the visit. He knew why I was coming, so why not tell me from the beginning. Money that's why!!

I saw Dr. Goldstein to take a look at a birth mark. He informed me that it was a birth mark and there was no need to be concerned but went on to biopsy it anyways. Did not talk to me about the risks of the procedure and weather or not insurance would cover the cost. My insurance did not cover the cost of the biopsy as it was unnecessary and I had to pay over $300 out of pocket.

I have seen Dr Goldstein on multiple occasions, every time has been an excellent experience and he is always very professional and direct to the point at hand. I make a point to see him once a year minimum for a complete body scan as I have skin cancer history in my family, I always recommend him every chance i get.
