Frustrated - His office does not follow through
I visited the Dr. Ganjianpour and then at his suggestion I went to a pain doc for a procedure. At the suggestion of my pain doc, I called and left three messages over a few weeks with Ganjianpour's assistant asking him to renew my prescription or for him to call me with questions. He did not call me back. I sent an email to the portal and no response. I made an appointment to resolve it and I was told the prescription would be called in, I paid $95 for the appointment and then followed up with my pharmacy and they did not receive my renewed prescription. The anti inflammatory medication may help me heal and recover. This is so frustrating and unprofessional.

PATIENTS BEWARE, TOWER ORTHOPEDICS & SPORTS MEDICINE FACILITY are over charging their patients. They do not have our best interest in mind. They charged me $160 for a knee brace that online you can buy for $70. Ossue formfit knee brace. The employee that works in the billing dept Judy, could not properly explain why I was being charged so much and fumbled with her words and details about the charges but she kept saying she was trying to make sure this doesn't go into collections. Once I got on the phone with my insurance company they found several invoices that are incorrect and I've taken the proper steps for action. I have officially filed a complaint with Aetna and will continue to share my horrible experience with this medical facility. I'd also like to share that Dr. Ganjianpour has a wondering eye, so if you are young and beautiful, be careful. He made me feel very uncomfortable and I usually requested to have my office visits with his PA Alicia.

At this point Dr. Ganjianpour is too busy to actually see his patients. It's bait and switch. You get an appointment with him but are seen by an assistant. When you need information, the office staff doesn't return calls. You can't even get your records to go to another doctor. Extremely disappointed.

It’s impossible for me to overstate how outstanding the care I have received has been from the team at Tower Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine under the leadership of Dr. Mark Ganjianpour. This is a practice operating at optimal efficiency, and the people to whom patients are entrusting their care are warm, kind, good humored, and are caregivers of the highest caliber. I can't recommend Dr. G and his team more enthusiastically or unequivocally.

My experience from the very beginning has been stellar. The office is conveniently located, parking is easy, the support team was great. I did not have too wait long & the Dr. was prompt & had a great bedside manner. He took time to get to know me personally and also spent time reviewing my accident and my medical history. He was professional and polite, but most importantly, he took them time to review with me what he thought was my problem, what my options were & what where the next steps.
