Excellent doctor
He is extremely intelligent and makes sound decisions. He has managed my father’s care in an extremely competent manner.

Thank you, Dr. Mark for keeping me healthy during these last 10 years. You are a caring, smart, up-to-date physician who I trust completely. Your office staff has always been efficient and compassionate. Your office is cheerful and artistic. I look forward to many more years as your patient.

Where do I begin? As a retired RT of 45 years, I can truly say that I have never been to an office this unprofessional. I have worked with hundreds of physicians some good and a few not so good. This doctor has all the bad ones beat. I opened the office door to step into a completely dark ( no overhead lights on ) waiting room. The office is an old run down house. The front desk area ceiling is covered with large hand made bugs.. Yes I said bugs... The exam room had a huge 4-5 foot wooden dragon fly on the ceiling. The demeanor of this physician is cavalier and arrogant. His bedside manner is a cross between a dysfunctional kid and a wanna be artist. Hence his bugs and wall to wall abstract canvases. During the appointment he wanted to know if he could tell me a dirty joke. I said absolutely not. He is a loose cannon. The office does not answer the phone. Jennifer is a very rude staff member. Stay away from this place it is too bizarre and unprofessional for words....

i like the doctor very much BUT the people in his front office leave a lot to be desired. I know of 2 patients who stopped using dr eichenbaum b/c of the lack of professionalism of the front office. If i stop using dr eichenbaum as my primary care doctor, the reason will be the front office.

I had my first visit with Dr. Mark Eichenbaum and it was refreshing to see a physician care and spend the amount of time he did with me. His medical knowledge, great communication skills sets and phenomenal bedside manner make him 1 in a zillion. I am looking forward to a long term relationship with this gifted young man. Very nice man, however, treats nothing. Refers every little problem to specialists. Can NEVER be seen same day for illnesses.

Explains things & if i have a list of questions, he does answer them. when i health problem was detected in the morning, he had me in x-rays by afternoon & diagnosis by late afternoon. [he was a bit brusque delivering the bad news. But he could have had a bad day or stressed out] . I firmly believe, If i had remained with my previous doctor, i wouldn't have survived. There are issues in the front office, so far 2 phone calls over 7 work days have not yielded a call back. Not good.

Dr. Eichenbaum is a kind, caring, knowledgeable physician. He cares for and cares about me as a patient. On a recent hospitalization, he directed the "show" with efficiency, bringing order from chaos caused by multiple physicians' involvement. I trust him with my life.

Dr. Eichenbaum was named as the primary care physician for my 90 year-old mother-in-law by the Florida Blue HMO. She is NOT ALLOWED to be seen by any other doctor or she will not be covered. So it is an act of negligence that Dr. Eichenbaum refused to see her. The office manager Kathryn is quite rude and callous if you call for an entire week because the staff does not return your calls. The health of an elderly person is clearly jeopardized by the delays in arranging health care by his staff

Dr. Eichenbaum's staff was checking into my elderly uncle's insurance. They NEVER returned a call and it took two weeks to finally hear, Your uncle doesn't have insurance. This was wrong, so I said I'd bring documentation to the office. When I arrived, another worker said to me, We're a busy office. We already told you he doesn't have insurance. Please leave. I couldn't believe her attitude and told her so. She said, If you don't leave, I'm calling 911. What a horrible experience to endure

My mother recently moved here from Kentucky and needed a primary care doctor especially because she needed a heart medication refilled. She called Dr. Eichenbaum's office 3 weeks ago (my request) and was told they will call her back. They finally called and told her that her medicare is invalid. It may not be urgent to them but to a 70 year old, it is. I know Dr. Eichenbaum, he is an amazing and caring physician, but he really needs to re-evaluate his office staff. What they did was not cool!

I am a retired (after 35 years) critical care nurse. Dr. Eichenbaum has been my physician for 5 years & is an extremely competent and compassionate Health care provider. Well read and well educated, Dr is more than willing to spend time explaining treatment options and defining a diagnosis in layman's terms. You will understand exactly what your health needs and changes are. His office nurse is excellent and all the staff are helpful and courteous I would not hessitate to recommend his care.
