Don’t bother
Horrible, office, don’t brother trying to schedule with this provider. They will never return your call. And the provider apparently hand picks his patients that are considered convenient for him.

I sent a review on my doctor (dr Mark Duca UPMC) 2 week’s ago, but I’ve never heard back from you that it was received, published or sent to my doctor. I gave my doctor a very good review because I felt he deserved to hear how much his patients appreciate him and trust his medical professionalism.

I have seen Dr. Duca for several years and have always found him and his staff to be very thorough and responsive. Thorough testing that he recommended found reason to go get an early colonoscopy. Polyps with cancerous cells were found... If he didn't recommend going for a colonoscopy 10 years early it would have turned into colon cancer. When I visit he is always very thorough and answers all questions patiently.

Called to schedule a new patient appointment, it took 2 months to be seen. Dropped off the new patient paperwork hours ahead of the appointment as a courtesy. Showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment. Waited about an hour before I walked out. If you don't like waiting I wouldn't recommend this place.

Constantly sends bills strait to collections without notifying the patient, nurse is EXTREMELY rude, and the doctor barely pops his head in for a visit on an appointment. "tests" are forced upon the patient for arbitrary reasons to charge insurance and your wallet (such as "cleaning your ears"). Can only book appointment MONTHS ahead of time or you won't get an opening.

I have gone to Dr. Duca countless times for unexplained pain, discomfort and fatigue for over a year. rather than continuing to try and figure out why i feel the way i do, he simply threw his hands up in defeat and handed me a bottle of antidepressants at a dosage way too high. At my next physical, a year later, when he asked how i felt and i told him exactly the same he continued my physical and dismissed me until the following year, offering no further assitance or concern.
