Dr Corry is great, the office staff is not. Difficult to do anything that involves the staff (prescription refills, test results, call backs)

Great Dr, Poor Staff – Jul 22, 2021
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Corry?
Have seen Dr Corry 3 times in the last two months. While he is great and I am very satisfied with his care, his staff is not very efficient at handling setting up referrals and getting messages to him. I have felt that it has been too much of a bother for them to do their job. As a result there have been prolonged delays in treatment of my medical needs.

Doctor Corry has seen me for years. And yet, every time I have an appointment with him it feels like I am a new patient explaining myself each time. His office staff are rude, they administer the wrong tests, or don't input information from your last appointment/call. They do not care about the patient. Mark Corry has more patients than he can possibly manage. This makes him forgetful of his primary patients, resulting in him asking me how much fiber I get... Every single appointment. This doctor is a joke and doesn't take you seriously or even care about you.

Always takes time to listen to concerns, and spends the time to explain the diagnosis, talk about treatments. Very personable.

I would never recommend him to anyone, the office staff was was not professional, would ignore my phone calls and he should have recommended me to a specialist before I ended up in the hospital. Please don't go to this office, I received much better care at Cedar Ridge family medicine.

I am not a fan of medical care, so I had built up a list of problems that needed attention. Dr. Corry listened to my full list, discussed testing and care options, recommended home remedies that could resolve a few problems, and included testing that would be covered through my insurance covered free annual check up. I was impressed.

Dr. Corry is very considerate, patient, and thorough. My family is very pleased with the care he provides, and he does a very thorough job of monitoring my husband's diabetes.

The worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I wouldn't rightly even recommend someone I hated to this so called doctor mark corry. He started out pretending to be nice and empathetic but it's a thin film over a cruel calculating money grubbing organization. After a telling of my situation and that I couldn't afford much he ordered a bunch of very expensive tests and medicines I could never afford over my existing prescriptions without telling me the cost beforehand. I'd give -*'s.
