Can’t get appointments
Waited months to get an appointment with the doctor. Nurses generally not helpful. Signed document he didn’t let me read.

OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS. This has happened every time. I can never get through and the call ends. you'd think somebody with a brain tumor would be sent to a decent office w a decent DR.. wrong for both. save yourself now and don't bother.

I don’t understand how this guy has a license to practice. He’s aloof, distant, and seemingly uncaring. His abruptness and lack of compassion exacerbated an already difficult situation. I wouldn’t walk away from him... I would run at full speed to get away. I believe he is unfit to practice medicine.

Very poor communication style. Awkward presence. Seems to over-schedule unnecessary follow-ups for almost every issue. Often have to wait to be seen, but on the other hand had him refuse to see me for a scheduled appointment because I arrived 9 minutes late. I've had a few PCPs and have always been happy with them, until Dr. Collins. Would not recommend at all.

Dr. Collins was amazing! I am a 63 year old woman so I have had a variety of doctors and Dr. Collins is the best. I found him very much by mistake as my doctor was ill and he had an appointment open. I was in terrible pain and I was extremely anxious about it. He just went forward very quickly with blood work and a cat scan with an immediate callback to me with results. I have never seen such amazing follow-up and 2 days later I was feeling perfect again. Thank you Dr. Collins...
