Poor Service/ Office Staff
The office staff is horrible. Our family can never get a same day appointment. They don’t seem to care. It’s more how many patients can they see to make more money. Love it when they first opened, but it’s gone downhill.

Dr. Mark Cline and Cline Clinic
I have been using this clinic since 2008 and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and so is the doctor and the PA's. If you are looking for a good clinic, this is most definitely a place I would suggest.

Money Matters
Child went to appt. With strep symptoms , rash, think throat, was told whatever it is it’s on its way out, no testing of any kind, sent home with a baby bottle of lotion and charged $160.00. Sent child to school next day the school nurse said all symptoms of strep they called parent to come get him, nurse said she would call cline clinic and tell them he need to be tested for strep, took child back they tested him for strep came back positive they charged another $130.00. They should have made it right and just charged for strep testing and not another office visit. Was told to call main office talked the the finance person in charge she made all excuses in the world why they didn’t test on first visit when all symptoms pointed to strep, then hung up on me, money is the most important to them apparently. Very disappointed in the practice and the way they treat people.

Cline was my primary care physician for several years. I rarely ever saw him. Usually I'd see his PA, which was fine. Office staff were overworked, and the office was always busy. I suspect they probably overbooked every day and expected cancellations, because I can echo what others have said about the ridiculous wait times. It was the reason I finally left and found another doctor. I'd show up for a 9:00 appointment ten minutes early, check in, and sit in the waiting room until 10:45. Then I'd sit in the exam room another hour before someone stuck their head in to say the doctor would be in soon. 20-30 minutes later, lo and behold. A visit would last 10-15 minutes, and no matter who I saw, they were always rushed. By the time I left the office, it would be lunch time. Sorry, but I need someone who respects my time more than that.

Outstanding physician and medical staff. Very responsive to my needs as a patient. Takes time to make sure that you have what you need so that you feel better expeditiously. easy to make an appointment and love the cleanliness of medical practice and facilities. If you need a family physician Dr. Cline would be a great choice!

I am a God fearing woman that believes in forgiveness, but I have lived with the repercussions of this man's negligence and non-empathetic "treatment". This man has misdiagnosed and improperly treated my whole family, and had no apologies for any of it. Our largest loss to his negligence is my dad's cancer that is now terminal with no treatment for a cure. Cline treated my dad for low energy and anemia for more than two years, with no change in treatment, just re-wrote the script. We were told by several doctors that had this been discovered at stage one or two (likely when the anemia started) it could have been treated and cured. Every single doctor we saw after that (and there were many) said they were very confused why any doctor would treat a man for anemia for that long and not check for kidney disease or referral to a specialist. It would have drastically changed our entire family's life if this man would have just been more concerned for the patient then cashing the check.

I understand they are busy but when you have an actual appointment and are not a walk-in you should be seen with in a reasonable time. I waited 2 hrs in a room and ended up leaving without being seen. The receptionist made it very clear that the walk ins are going receive precedence over a person with an appointment. This is the third time and believe it or not one of the shortest wait times I've ever had only because I walked out. Most average 2.5 -3 hrs in a room before being seen

I am an RN and have used this office for several years. The provider turnover is tremendous; just about the time you get used to one FNP they are gone. The practice is just way TOO busy, the care is not personalized & there is ABSOLUTELY NO follow-up. Ex: I keep trying to get my recent lab results. I am told "someone will call you back when we receive the results & "a provider" has reviewed the lab work". It's been a WEEK--still no word! This was my last visit here.

Dr. Cline and his team have taken care of my family for nearly ten years. They are always friendly, responsive and caring. Going to the doctor when someone is ill is never fun, but Dr. Cline and his staff make you feel welcome and they sincerely care about the well being of our family. There are countless times that they have gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. If you are in the area and are looking for a doctor for your family, I highly recommend Dr. Mark Cline's family
