MS specialist
Doctor Cascione is a cut above the 3 MS specialists I saw since moving to SCC 4 years ago. My appointment was not rushed, doctor C. spent a long time listening and talking to me. He is extremly knowledgeable, and I would recommend him to anyone with a complex neurological problem.

Best MS doctor in the state!
my visit was the most comprehensive doctors appointment that I’ve ever had. When he walked in the room, he knew more about me than I did about myself. He took his time and went through my life history. If you get to see him as your doctor, you should be very, very thankful. I know I am.

Best MS doctor that I've seen.
I've had mutiple sclrerosis for over 20 years and seen several neurologists prior to seeing Dr. Cascione He has a great personality, I feel like I am talking to a friend and not a doctor. He always explains things very well, different and new treatments, pros and cons, never rushes, I feel like he cares about me and my family. He is the best doctor and I highly recommend him!

Best Doctor Ever
Writing because I saw other reviews. The staff has always been wonderful, caring, and patient from start to finish! Dr Cascione ALWAYS gives you all the time you need and you never, ever feel rushed. I completely trust him and drive an hour to get there. Many neurologists closer but they all pushed unnecessary drugs. He really is the best!

He's great, takes his time, has to deal with the many crazy sx's of MS and figure them out. I've been to a ton of MS docs, this one is easily head and shoulders above them.

Dr. Cascione has been my doctor since he first diagnosed my MS in 2008. He never rushes my appointments. I feel as if I am his only patient for the day because he takes his time and listens to all of my concerns and questions! I have never liked going to the doctor but he make the experience very pleasant. Sometimes I have to wait my turn but knowing he will give me the time and attention I need I don't mind waiting.

I never had a visit with Dr Cascione. I was advised to send all my testing results that I had done and he would decide IF he wanted to see me. Guess what I am still waiting for a call and that's been two months. I called the office and was told he was very busy. There was a waiting list. So why wasn't I called to tell me that. I don't know if he is a good doctor, he may be but he sure doesn't have any bed side manners. At least call the patient and tell them to look for another doctor instead of never calling!
