Refused to see patient in person.
Recently got sick and went to schedule an appointment. The receptionist said he was busy on one of the days so could only do online visit... okay, then what day is he able to see me in the office? Actually, we can't see you in person if you're sick. So the receptionist not only lied to us, but the doctor won't see a sick patient. They said they probably can't diagnose in an online exam so we might need to go for xrays. So we can't go see you and get a diagnosis in person, but you can refer us to get an xray which is done in person and much more expensive than an office visit? No thanks. A doctor who is unwilling to see a patient in person because they're afraid of getting sick should not be a doctor. Go be a telehealth doctor if you don't want to see sick patients.

Like SO many here, my parents LOVE Dr. Cascia! It makes me wonder about the 1 (O N E) bad drive by review… Just saying…He’d have a perfect 5 without that ONE person who gave him all ones. Makes you think, no?

Dr. Casaia is the most thorough Dr I have ever had. He is very comforting and listens to your needs. He takes his time with you and does not make you feel he needs to get to the next patient in line. He is also very prompt with his appointments.
