Dr. Bush and his staff were always so kind and helpful. All of our questions and concerns were answered along the way. We are very thankful for conceptions for helping us complete our family!

Dr. Bush was nothing short of amazing. My only regret is not picking him initially as my first provider. He knew exactly what needed to be done in my case, listened to all of my concerns and made me feel beyond comfortable.

Dr. Bush is very straightforward, professional and up to date on all the new advances with IVF. He paid attention to my history and goals. I felt great throughout my whole IVF experience, even on all the medication. Its important to know going into this this these Dr's work more behind the scenes and tailor everything to what fits you best.

I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone, and he is the reason why ultimately I gave up on my infertility journey. I will never be able to express enough what it’s like to have a doctor just give up on you and care more about statistics than helping you. He is very inflexible and arrogant and will spend more time telling you about how you just don’t fit the right percentage that is successful at his clinic than trying to help.

Dr. Bush is highly confident in the services/treatment that he provide (as he should be). He is very transparent and catered treatments and services to my particular situation. I genuinely appreciate him and all his staff. He told us "I'm going to get you pregnant" and he did. My husband and I will return in the future.

Overall our process went very smoothly. The nurses and doctors answered all our questions, made us feel special, and encouraged us all along the way. The staff is all very friendly and easy to reach. They communicate with you regularly all along the process.

Dr. Bush was direct and provided us with information to succeed in our pregnancy journey. He listened to our concerns and we came up with the best plan to move forward.

Dr. Bush made our dreams come true, twice! We had a great experience with Conceptions. From the front desk to the blood team, ultrasound techs to the nurses, we have loved everyone! And thank you to the fantastic embryologists who kept our frozen babes safe until we were ready.

It didn't feel like we interacted with Dr. Bush all that often, aside from initial consult, retrieval and transfer days. But I know he was behind the scenes consulting on my case and making decisions along the way. I absolutely love the staff at Conceptions that I did interact with in a much more ongoing way.

Dr Bush is all business which would be a little off-putting since this is a very emotional experience. That being said, he's proven himself to be a stellar doctor and we experienced no issues in his care. We're very happy with the results from working with Dr. Bush.

Dr. Bush made my husband and I feel like we were in the best hands possible from our first meeting. His knowledge bank is incomparable and he took the time to make sure we understood everything he was explaining. Any questions we had he answered thoroughly and honestly. We had a long journey with 3 retrievals due to poor egg quality and when we decided to go for the third round he was supportive and thankfully, the third time was the charm! During our transfer, Dr. Bush explained the entire process and the procedure was swift and the embryo was perfectly positioned.

Dr. Bush was honest starting with our very first encounter. His whole team was great and helped guide us to where we are today. We required two rounds of IVF back to back and his direction was great.
