Dr. Mark Batrice, MD

DR MARK BATRICE IS A LIFESAVER. HE SAVED MY LIFE IN 2010 WHEN NO ONE ELSE TOOK THE TIME TO FIND THE SOURCE OF MY HEALTH PROBLEMS. WHEN IT COMES TO MY HEALTH, I CALL HIM FIRST. HE ALWAYS MAKES TIME FOR ME AND TO EXPLAIN ANY CONCERNS OR TREATMENTS IN LANGUAGE I UNDERSTAND.

I have used Dr Mark Batrice since 2015. He has always been very attentive to symptoms and related conditions I overlook or do not understand the relation. He saved my life in 2016 when I returned from Cambodia and I thought I had stomach flu and run down from jetlag. My wife made me call Dr. Batrice and he took me the same time. I had full blown pneumonia! He immediately began treating me and I avoided a hospital stay by following his instructions from home. I have issues with my diverticulosis he treats me for and since his advice on diet and his help I have not had an issue in years now. This is what killed my father! I am 66 and I would not think to go anywhere else. Sometimes the issues with staff are unavoidable now days. If you manage people you will always have this challenge. Dr Batrice always spends time with his patients even if it makes him late. He is the most personal doctor I've found in years. He cares and he remembers your details, its amazing to me how he can.

His staff attitude has changed from last time I’ve been there, They were very friendly and professional, he came into the room shortly after that, listen to me, and the reason I came to see him never interrupted me, he recommended medication, and it was sent to the pharmacy immediately before I left the office.

He is a very excellent Dr. He takes all the time you need to talk to him.

I have a been a patient of Dr. Batrice for about 4yrs. I have found him to be very competent, however, whoever is managing his office leaves a lot to be desired. The staff in my opinion are rude and have little concern personally for the patients they serve. the responsibility falls on the person hiring and training staff members. The office manager should take full responsibility for the lack of care, they are using technology to take care of what should be staff responsibilities to the point of obsurdity. In addition Dr. Batrice has abdicated his responsibilities as a doctor to his physicians assistants and it is seldom that i have seen him the office which frankly surprises me.

Medications are consistently sent days late, calls are never returned, staff is unhelpful and aren't held accountable. Dr Batrice and his NP are good but the staff is so bad you are better off going to a different office.

Awful negligence! My husband and I changed to a real doctor. This guy does not keep phone appointments his staff cannot do referrals and the doctor offers prescriptions that he never writes. Pretty much a scam operation.

Dr.Batrice is, bar none , the most genuinely caring, and thorough GP I’ve even worked with . He’s not about just band aiding the problem, but about “how did it get there and what can we do to prevent it from reoccurring” . i feel fortunate to have Dr Batrice in my life .

DR BATRICE IS AN EXCELLANT PHYSICIAN. KIND AND CARING. HE;S BEEN MY PCP FOR 15 YEARS AND HAS TAKEN GOOD CARE OF ME.

My FIRST VISIT-Dr.B took a long time going over my hx and my current meds.I feel he was very through.

I met him as a hospitalist and he has been my physician for the past 14 years since. He is passionate and knows his patients on a personal basis. An excellent physician and person. I cannot say enough.

Dr Batrice is always caring and very knowledgeable and wise. He has an excellent bedside manner and most importantly listens intently to you. He is comfortable to be around and a humble person.
