Rushed - no interest in anything I said/aske
Rushed and had no interest in what I said/asked. I sensed he was uninterested from the beginning so I just left without asking any further questions I had.

Unfortunately, poor care and listening
Unfortunately, Dr. Alexander was not someone I would recommend. Our interactions were rushed. He changed diagnoses - from a break to a fracture - on paperwork without saying anything to me. He sent me to hand therapy with questions about functional limitations and hand therapy told me I had to ask the questions of my doctor. Overall, a mess and after three interactions without improvement, I went somewhere else for care.

Urgent care for neck and back pain
Excellent visit with Dr. Alexander. Dr. Alexander took the time to listen to my symptoms and ensured I was able to receive an MRI and follow-up consult on a Sunday afternoon with the issues identified and follow up care path determined. Dr. Alexander took the time to answer my questions and I didn't feel rushed at all. He even identified that my insurance provided for same day MRI despite not believing that to be the case initially due to old insurance information that was in my file.
