Dr. Marja Sprock, MD

She gave me an accurate diagnosis and was very understanding of the problems I was having and also gave me an explanation about how she could surgically correct the problem. Having had several female surgeries, and a colon surgery, I was very concerned, as I am an older patient.But Dr. Sprock was patient, explained the surgery well and how it would greatly improve my situation , and I decided to go ahead with the surgery. I am just very thankful that she corrected the issues I was having and now am feeling better than I had in months!! She did an excellent surgery on me!!I would highly recommend her, and I love her sense of humor!! All of the office staff and assistants are wonderful!! They are very kind, considerate and helpful. She really changed my life for the better and I am SO happy and excited now for having a less stressful and happier life!! Thank you Dr. Sprock for all of your help, and thanks too also to your great staff and assistants for your help also!!

Dr. Sprock was very kind and understanding of my mother's medical issues, gave detailed explanations, and had a plan on how to handle her multiple problems. She put my mother at ease with her funny sense of humor. She has a very helpful and cheerful staff who did everything to make things pleasant. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Sprock is an exceptional urologist who diagnosed my female issues and recommended surgery based on the results of a lot of testing. She was so thorough and explained the need for my surgery in great detail. It was my choice to have the surgery as I realized the issue was not going to improve. I completed several sessions of pelvic training prior to the surgery to strength the pelvic muscles. Dr. Sprock is so knowledgable, has years of experience and recognized the female issues that I was dealing with daily. I appreciate her ability to explain and realize the seriousness of following post op instructions. It is my recommendation that any female no matter the age make an appointment to have her examine any female issues. I like her personality that definitely manifests honesty and directness. Also, her nurses and office staff have been very kind and helpful to me. I appreciate them too!

The staff will not discuss a bill and directs you to an email address. I was emailed an explanation of my bill and asked Trevor call me to discuss it. I have 2 insurance policies and this office insisted I owed $6. They then added a $10 late fee and $1.78 credit card fee. No one in the office or email would call me despite my request. The front desk will take your payment but will not discuss bill. The Doctor just lost me as a patient over $6! Previous interactions were un-satisfactory such as when I requested my medical records which took them 10 days to provide!

Friendly staff. Doctor busy but spent time with me to explain & answer questions. I would recommend her highly.

Made an appointment. When I got there the first thing they wanted to do was charge me. When I refused to sign one of their forms they refused to see me. I said fine, I want my money back. Then they had the nerve to charge me $50 for a concealed appointment. Not Happy!!!

Where do I begin? The office staff is all new and no-one can give you a straight answer...or a receipt! I was never emailed the intake paperwork prior to my visit. The young lady who took me back asked me questions while I was still filling out paperwork then questioned why I didn't have it all filled out prior to the dr. coming in. When Dr. Sprock came in she and one of her staff members talked back and forth joking about another patient right in front of me. She examined me briefly, made several quick suggestions, then said that drinking water would not increase my ability to have bowel movements. She then got on the subject of how expensive her vet bills were....all why charging me $494 for less then a 10 minute visit. I asked again on my way out for a receipt and was told I could only get it on the patient portal. The portal wouldn't allow me to create an account and I went back and forth with an office person for 6 weeks (!) before she finally sent me something on a blank

I wish I had listened to all the bad reviews. I have PTSD as well. It hurt and no results from procedures done.

The treatment I received was not covered by insurance, so I paid cash and the results were far better than I expected...I have recommended her to everyone I know. Dr. Spock knows her skill sets and has the right equipment for the treatments.

Three appointments. Poor communication across the board. Poor customer service across the board.

Not good at all. Surgery had to be corrected by another and better surgeon.

Dr. Sprock spent time with me giving me great advice on the subject I came to discuss with her.
