refused to even see me during my appointment
The worst experience I ever had with a medical office. I was referred by a nutritionist & when I arrived, I literally was not allowed to speak with the doc. Nurse meets me in the waiting room to tell me the doc won't see me since I'm not in the system...they knew that when the appointment was made & I drove an hour. Nurse goes and talks to doc & comes back to let me know I should go see Mercy South - she doesn't have a doc's name or info, she asks reception and they don't have any info, so she reiterates they won't see 2 more times (the last time she hands me a post it with a phone and fax # for another office...again no names or info) before I am finally embarrassed enough and so upset that I leave. It's hard enough to finally go to a weight loss doctor but to be treated in such a manner was awful. The positive out of all of this is that I didn't have to waste more time to realize that this office wasn't going to be the one for me as they are not concerned about the patient.

She is an exceptionally good doctor. Myself and others were very perturbed that she was no longer at the Dean Clinic
