Exceptional care for my aging dad
Dr. Afzal has been my dad’s physician for a few years and as his health has declined , Dr. Afzal has done an incredible job communicating with my mom and getting my parents the resources he needs to recover and stay on top of his health. Her nurse is quick to communicate issues to Dr. Afzal and Dr. Afzal promptly takes care of referrals and meds etc…As a physician myself in another state caring for my parents from afar but in town often, I really appreciate knowing my dad is in good hands. Dr. Afzal did not know I was a physician but it did not matter, her care for my dad was the kind of care a physician would want for him m/herself. Thank you Dr. A.
