She’s been my doctor for over 3 years and I’m switching. Though she is pleasant ,I find her to be irresponsible and haphazard in her treatment. I’ve waited almost 3 weeks to have my prescriptions renewed by her or her assistant to no avail. She is overly quick to refer, and provides no follow up. Not the doctor to see if you have actual medical issues or require genuine follow up and treatment.

Am trying to get another visit but called yesterday and was placed on hold for 32 minutes. Had to leave. Trying again now and have been on 22 minutes. Unconscionable! Dr. Newman is a lovely Dr. and came highly recommended but you can't get through to her! They answer with " Please hold" and keep you on hold without ever answering. Extremely frustrating. What if it was an emergency ???

Dr. Newman is amazing. Her bedside manner is unparalleled and she is incredibly knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Newman for your primary care needs.
