Cancelled two hours before appointment
I made my appointment with Dr. Larochelle a month ago. I was cancelled by her office 2 hours before my appointment with the only option to reschedule 3.5 months later. I would be put at the end of the list after waiting a month to see her and cancelled at the last minute by her. Her office staff was polite as if this was a regular occurrence. In addition I was told that she only provides exams for glasses, not contacts. I would need to see another dr. for a contact prescription. This was not disclosed in the paperwork I filled out. I have never heard of an eye doctor only writing prescriptions for glasses. I went elsewhere.

Cannot say enough about my visit with Dr. Larochelle. Truly a delightful person with a terrific personality! It was apparent that she really cares about her patients and advises them accordingly. The best Dr patient experience in my 74 years on earth.
