Dr. Mario Borlongan, MD

i rated it 1 star not because of the doctor. Dr Borlongan is really very knowledgable and great doctor. I bring my kid to him on any given day. it’s just his office staff are very rude and very incompetent. I work on a healthcare field and I know how should a patient be treated. I saw how the staff handled my kid especially on giving injections. very unsafe and doing wrong techniques and that worry me everytime my kid is scheduled for one. Staff easily irritated. you should considerate enough to understand that we parent is stressfull everytime we bring our to a doctor. you should know how to deal with parents especially on our stressfull days and not add on our stress. If you dont like what you’re doing, might as well look for another job. You are just ruining a Doctor’s very good reputation. I dont think this doctor deserves that. On my last visit was horrible. how can you not accomodate a kid jaundice and possible bilirubin????? that’s very unacceptable.

Very good doctor listens to you give you good recommendations does a follow-up I give them 5 Stars I have both of my children being seen by him

Horrible. He wouldn't even let me change my newborns poopy diaper before he checked my baby over. He was in such a hurry he wouldn't let me or my fiancé take 1 minute to change his poopy diaper. Very rude and arrogant. Trust me, he knows more than you do. And his time is more important than your child. This man doesn't even accept apologies from people who were accosted by him and chose to be the bigger person.

Dr Borlongan was recommended to us by the nursery nurses at Banner Del E Webb. Our baby was 9 weeks premature, so after his 6 week stay at the NICU we wanted to choose a doctor that was familiar with our hospital experience and who worked in tandem with the Hospital. We have had nothing but positive experiences so far with Dr Borlongan and his staff. He is able to answer all of our questions, is very prompt with follow ups, and treats all of our concerns with importance.

Dr. Borlongan is very pleasant and thorough. I have visited him for well-child's as well as sick visits for over 5 years now. I think he is a great doctor, but his staff isn't. They aren't very friendly to parents or children sometimes even rude.

I love this doctor every time I would take my kids in he would care for them like his own and if they needed to see a specialist he would refer them right away..
