Dr. Marilyn Lachman, MD

She is an amazing doctor. She really listens to you and doesn't try to pry. She lets you talk to her at your own pace. She works with you on your meds and she is a genuinely nice person caring and understanding. I would recommend her to anyone that needs her expertise. I have been through a lot of doctors and a lot of different meds. She is by far the best in my opinion.

She is an awesome Dr , great listener and will be there for anyone. Always willing to help when u don't have copay as well.

I've been a client for 14 years. Dr. Lachman is a very kind, understanding and knowledgeable psychiatrist. As many years as I've been seeing her the one thing beside immense compassion for all that I think of is she never forgets anything I've said.. it amazes me. I would recommend anyone to her. She is very busy at times but We'll Worth Waiting for I love her staff and am thankful that they can handle the huge load of patients they work with. Thank you all for putting up with us

Dr Lachman is a true blessing. Her ONLY downfall is her "office staff" they are more concerned with what they have going on then ANY patient needs. The phones are answered by an answering machine ONLY and calls are never returned no matter how many messages nor the level of severity! The ONLY way to get an appointment is to drive all the way to her office then just pray and be prepared to wait for the "staff" to take themselves away from their food, computer game, personal conversation or for them to just get plan tired of you 'bothering' them. You MIGHT be lucky enough to have an appointment made, you may be told you can sit and wait for an opening caused by a no show but most likely you will be told to come back the next morning at opening time and wait, possibly sitting for HOURS if not all day just to be seen. Dr Lachman is an amazing psychologist, very sweet and caring person whose practice would GREATLY benefit by firing family and hiring REAL staff willing to do their job!

Dr. Lachman is an honest to God angel sent from heaven. She doesn't cut you off during your sessions, will do everything she can to get you in ASAP for emergency appointments, and is willing to try whatever medicine(s) she and/or you think it will take to get you feeling better—she doesn't subscribe to the "one pill fits all" idea. I genuinely feel cared for, even loved, with her. One caveat, the waiting time for appointments can be very long, excruciating even sometimes, but IT'S WELL WORTH IT!
