Very unprofessional staff, and the wait was 3 hours!!!!! never ever going back. very rude

I would highly recommend Dr. M. Madrigal. She is an excellent physician with a myriad of great qualities for her patients and their care. Professional, ethical, her bedside manner and ease of explaining the procedures and care one will receive is incomparable.

THIS DR IS TERRIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE OFFICE IF YOU ARE A CURRENT PATIENT. FOR NEW PTS THEY ALWAYS ANSWER THE PHONE, BUT AFTER THAT NEVER. THEY ALSO NEVER SEND THE NOTES TO MY PCP FOR A CONTINUATION OF CARE. MY PCP OFFICE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL.
