I went in for an annual checkup, which is supposed to be preventative, in September or October and i am still receiving bills from them and from LabCorp because Dr Witham decided that she needs to supplement her income, and include tests that would not be part of the free physical exam, and then charging me, knowing full well that the insurance would not cover those charges. When you go to the doctor for a FREE annual physical, there's supposed to be no charge for that, hence the word free!
